Bob Cooper
Owner and Founder

30 years ago the inspection industry was just blossoming.  A very low percentile of properties were being inspected. Meanwhile Bob and a handful of others were establishing a local chapter of the home inspector’s organization called ASHI.

With an engineering degree, knowledge of construction from two SUNY College degrees and years of hands on field experience Bob starting performing more and more property inspections. He was then hired to consult on numerous phone company commercial projects while continuing to perform inspections. Running a high end home and business remodeling and building company for 10 years along the way was eye opening. The experience showed Bob the importance of good project management and proper field workmanship.

Today, he offers his clients this knowledge and experience along with the integrity necessary to write truthful and accurate reports.
